Refund & Replacement Policies

If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Avenou does not accept Returns or Exchanges, once an item has been received it cannot be returned. We can only offer a replacement at no additional cost if it falls under any of the criteria below :

  • Items are faulty – damaged/broken or spoiled upon arrival.
  • Parcels that are lost in transit.
  • We do not accept returns or refunds if the customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s).

Note: Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent lost packages. Avenou will not be held liable to any misrouted parcels.

Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, otherwise you will receive a partial refund. Please be sure to read our Policies.

Q: How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Once shipped, your order will arrive within 5 to 7 business days for orders placed in the United States. Shipping for Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, and other countries can take 7-14 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
